First a little bit about me....

My name is Dalia Abdalla and I am the owner and designer of the Etsy shop Modern Pink Paper. I began selling on Etsy part-time in 2010 and then became a full time seller in July 2014.  After experiencing rapid growth and success on Etsy in such a short time, I made the decision of quitting my day job as a retail sales manager. A position I held for 7 years working for some big box retailers such as Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, and Macy’s. Upon my departure from retails sales, I eagerly began my new endeavour as a full time Etsy seller, and it has been an amazing experience ever since.

As a result of my new found success on Etsy, I yearned for the opportunity to mentor someone because I had recently come to learn so much about how Etsy works, and how to create and grow a brand from the ground up.  So, I turned to Facebook and posted in a group to get a sneak a peek to see if there was any interest for me to mentor someone. OMG! The response was so overwhelming! 150+ comments later, I decided that I couldn't just say yes to 1 person.  Therefore, I had to figure out a way to get the word out to the sellers that were eager and craving the information I had to share. So I decided to create a live webinar in which Etsy sellers could attend and I would teach them the best 3 tips I have for success on Etsy.  After a successful 1st webinar, I decided it would be best to create a Facebook group - The Etsy Seller Mastermind  where members are able to unite as a community and where I can continue helping others.

Fast forward to October 2015, I have over 3,500 members in the Facebook group, have mentored and coached over 300 individual Etsy shop owners all while still successfully running my own Etsy shop.
